What’s Good With Fredo?

Ok Fredo. I see you rappin and trappin. With all the change he’s seen in his own life over the past 2 years, I can’t help but shed some more light on the power moves this London artist has been making.

I spent a bit of time in London the past few years, and got to learn a lot more about their music scene. I went to shows, listened to their local radio stations, and even hit the follow button on the socials a couple of times. From East to West I became more familiar with what the UK scene was about. I enjoyed it for what it was at the time, but each time the feelings would fade. The artist and their music wouldn’t have a lasting effect. I stopped purchasing the music, and even made sure to unfollow in a few cases. Simply put, the music didn’t move me.

Then came Fredo. A rapper out of North West London, Harrow to be exact. I must admit, I was a bit late to the party with his music, but better late than never. From Pattern Gang, to Like That, to Change, Fredo delivers each and every time. I pay attention to what artists say in their music, and their depictions in their videos, so it’s refreshing when artists like Fredo live up to what they rap about. Too many lames out here rapping about all this money, but have to scrap together as much as they can between themselves and their 6 friends to make sure they have 2 stacks laying on the ground in time for the director to say “action!”. Pathetic. You ain’t real like that. Quit playing.

But Back to Fredo. He’s relatively new in the rap game, compared to some others in his city that have been working towards their big break for many years. He’s been on many peoples radar for the past 2 years, and has had his music played outside of the UK by many djs around the globe, and has millions of views on each video he releases. His first headline tour in the U.K sold out as soon as tickets went on sale, and his projects “Get Rich or Get Recalled” and “Tables Turn” were very successful on the charts. Men lie, women lie, but numbers never do. Now thats what I call sauce.

My advice to you: stop supporting acts that simply cannot stand by the things they say in their music. From his lavish lifestyle to his impact on the music scene, Fredo has been able to back it up. At the end of it all, he produces great quality music, and has been able to accomplish so much in his career so far before the age of 25. If you are looking for an artist that motivates you to get on your grind, to make more money, and to elevate your life regardless of age or history, look no further, Fredo is definitely that guy. Pattern up.
